- Cấp trên hay Cán bộ quản lý do thiếu trách nhiệm trong việc kiểm soát cấp dưới hoặc không có biện pháp giám sát hợp lý nên không phát hiện ra Cấp dưới có hành vi vi phạm kỷ luật; hoặc Phát hiện ra Cấp dưới có hành vi vi phạm kỷ luật nhưng lại bao che, không báo cáo lên Ban Giám đốc cũng như không có hành động phù hợp cũng có thể sẽ bị xử lý kỷ luật.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
