In his role as a university admission management this year, employment is essential to set a specific target for the Admission Department, because it created a lot of motivation for employees. Besides, the goal setting will measure the degree of success of the recruitment and evaluation plan the capacity working of the Admission Department. To set specific goals for the Admission Department, I will use the SMART model:-Reaches 2500 students (Measurable) after the enrollment period from January until September 2016 2016 (Time-bouding) = > this goal is Specific, because it refers to a specific figure.-A 10% increase in the number of students auditioned, and 10% discount on admission fee compared to the year 2015 (Specific) = > this goal Achievable, Realistic & also because it is based on the fact that in the past 5 years, the number of students taking exam increased approximately 10%.
