Hệ thống phải có khả năng in các bảng biểu/báo cáo liên quan về lệnh sản xuất thực để người dùng theo dõi quá trình thực hiện sản xuất.
- Mục đích: Là phê duyệt cho hoạt động sản xuất sản phẩm dựa vào kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Báo cáo bao gồm một số thông tin như sau (tham khảo biểu mẫu):

+ Ngày bắt đầu sản xuất, kết thúc sản xuất dự kiến
+ Số lượng sản phẩm cần sản xuất
+ Vật tư nào thì cần để sản xuất cho thành phẩm
+ Mã số lô của nguyên liệu, vật tư
+ Loại sản phẩm, chất lượng
+ Dây chuyền sản xuất được sử dụng
+ Trình tự thực hiện dây chuyền sản xuất (từng công đoạn theo quy trình sản xuất)
+ Người phê duyệt.
