Chúng tôi không được bổ nhiệm thực hiện kiểm toán Báo cáo tài chính năm 2013 của Công ty, bằng các thủ tục kiểm toán khác chúng tôi không xác định được tính đúng đắn của số dư đầu kỳ 2014, do đó chúng tôi không đưa ra ý kiến về số dư các khoản mục trên báo cáo tài chính tại ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2014 cũng như ảnh hưởng của chúng đến Báo cáo tài chính cho năm tài chính kết thúc ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2014 của Công ty.
