Trong trường hợp Bên Bán chưa nộp h

Trong trường hợp Bên Bán chưa nộp hồ sơ đề nghị cấp Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu nhà ở và tài sản khác gắn liền với đất cho Bên Mua tại cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền mà Bên Mua có nhu cầu thực hiện chuyển nhượng Hợp đồng này cho bên thứ ba thì các bên phải thực hiện đúng thủ tục chuyển nhượng Hợp đồng theo quy định của pháp luật về nhà ở. Bên Bán không được thu thêm bất kỳ một khoản phí chuyển nhượng Hợp đồng nào khi làm thủ tục xác nhận việc chuyển nhượng Hợp đồng cho Bên Mua.

In case the seller has not suggested filing certificates of land use rights, ownership of housing and other assets associated with the land to the buyer in the competent State agencies that buy-side demand made this contract to a third party, then the parties must implement the transfer procedure of the contract under the provisions of the law of housing. The seller is not collecting any more a transfer fee contract procedure to confirm the assignment of the contract to the buyer.

In case the Seller has not filed for issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land to the Purchaser at the State agency authorized by the Purchaser may demand perform transfer this contract to a third party, the parties must comply with the procedures for transfer of contracts under the provisions of law on housing. Seller shall not levy any transfer fee contract procedures when certifying the transfer of the contract to the Purchaser.
