In case the Seller has not filed for issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land to the Purchaser at the State agency authorized by the Purchaser may demand perform transfer this contract to a third party, the parties must comply with the procedures for transfer of contracts under the provisions of law on housing. Seller shall not levy any transfer fee contract procedures when certifying the transfer of the contract to the Purchaser.
