- Xem xét Hồ sơ khảo sát địa hình, thủy văn, kết quả phân tích chất lượng nước thô.
- Xem xét Thiết kế thủy lực của hệ thống cấp nước, kể cả cao trình thủy lực từ công trình thu nước thô, trạm bơm nước thô, cao trình các công trình xử lý cho đến mạng lưới đường ống truyền tải, phân phối nước sạch, đấu nối vào hộ gia đình.
- Xem xét Thiết kế công nghệ, các bản vẽ thi công các công trình xử lý và mạng lưới cấp nước bao gồm cả đấu nối hộ gia đình.
- Xem xét Thiết kế công nghệ, các bản vẽ thi công các công trình nhà vệ sinh công cộng, nhà vệ sinh hộ gia đình.

- Thường xuyên giám sát hiện trường, thực hiện giám sát hàng ngày các hoạt động của nhà thầu thi công để đảm bảo chất lượng công việc, năng lực tay nghề của các nhân sự của nhà thầu và sự tuân thủ các điều khoản Hợp đồng; Ghi chép xác nhận khối lượng công việc thực hiện và những khuyến nghị cần thiết vào nhật ký công trình của Nhà thầu.
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm xem xét các hệ thống chứng nhận nghiệm thu từng phần công việc, quy trình phát hành chứng nhận hoàn thành từng phần và thực hiện các phương thức đo đạc và xác minh khối lượng công việc thực hiện.
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm xem xét các đề xuất của Nhà thầu về khối lượng phát sinh, kéo dài thời gian thi công hoặc các vấn đề khác.
- Trong trường hợp có sự thay đổi các hạng mục công việc đã phê duyệt, hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm chuẩn bị các văn bản cần thiết cho việc đàm phán giữa Ban quản lý dự án tỉnh (PPMU)/Chủ đầu tư và Nhà thầu.
- Duy trì các ghi chép, ảnh chụp của mọi giai đoạn công trình, các tài liệu khác liên quan đến các sự kiện và hoạt động thường xuyên; tổ chức và lưu giữ các biên bản của các cuộc họp hiện trường thường xuyên giữa các bên tham gia Hợp đồng.
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm xem xét các bản vẽ hoàn công, các tài liệu chứng thực chất lượng vật tư, thiết bị, đường ống, các tài liệu do các nhà thầu đệ trình.
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm xem xét chấp thuận/không chấp thuận những hướng dẫn về vận hành và bảo trì các công trình đã hoàn thành và các thiết bị.
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng nhóm thực hiện kiểm tra cuối cùng các công trình và kiến nghị các vấn đề khi lập chứng chỉ hoàn thành công trình.
- Cung cấp các dịch vụ chuyên môn khác khi cần thiết và khi được yêu cầu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
