Một trong hai bên có thể chấm dứt hợp đồng bằng cách cung cấp một thời gian thông báo của một tháng hoặc nếu một trong hai bên không cung cấp một thời gian thông báo của một tháng, bên đó sẽ phải bồi thường cho bên còn lại một khoản tiền tương đương với khoảng thời gian cần thông báo trước.
