Đây là sự khởi đầu hơi dài cho một bài ngắn ngủi, hôm nay tôi muốn viết một bài thống kê xem nhu cầu thực của chị em ta trong một năm cần những gì, số tiền thực tế cần thiết chi cho mỹ phẩm là bao nhiêu.

Bây giờ chúng ta vào nội dung chính nhé:
1. Về skincare:
Cái này là khó tổng hợp và ước đoán nhất, vì tùy vào tình trạng da và nhu cầu dưỡng của từng người mà móc hầu bao, cũng tùy vào túi tiền dày hay mỏng mà lựa chọn, nhưng theo tôi nếu chỉ với thu nhập trung bình, nhu cầu dưỡng da cơ bản thì có khá nhiều lựa chọn cho các sản phẩm dưỡng da ở mức giá vài trăm nghìn.
- Sữa rửa mặt: theo tôi một năm dùng hết khoảng 2 chai to (loại 200Ml trở lên), SRM mua hàng bình dân cũng được. Cứ Neutrogena, Cerave, Shiseido hàng siêu thị bên Nhật cũng được. Nói chung ngân quỹ chi cho SRm năm vào tầm 300Kx 2 chai= 600K

Thế nên tôi tính tiền tảy trang bằng dầu nho dùng dư giả là 500K cho một năm.

- Serum/treatment: khoản này thì càng khó ước lượng, nhưng serum nếu mua thương hiệu cao cấp như SKII, EL thì để dùng cả năm chắc cũng tầm 3 triệu. Còn như tôi hiện dùng 2 loại serum của Image Skincare cũng là một thương hiệu khá mắc nếu mua chính hãng ở VN, một năm dùng 2 chai thoải mái (mỗi chai 30Ml) tính ra mất 1tr800K cho hai chai serum (nếu biết canh sale còn mua được rẻ hơn chỉ tầm 1tr400K cho hai chai serum).
Ít tiền hơn thì dùng của Cosmedica cũng rẻ, tầm 300-400K/chai 30Ml, cứ cho 1 năm dùng 2 chai thì mấy tầm 800K, tựu chung lại tôi cứ tính mức tiền cho serum là 1000K/năm là mức trung bình.
Hay như tôi đây thì gần 1 năm nay không tốn tiền mua serum, chỉ đơn giản với chiết xuất chè xanh Thái Green Tea, ngon bổ rẻ 1 tháng hết gần 1 chai giá 100K, vừ hiệu quả lại an toàn.

- Nếu dùng thêm kem dưỡng ẩm mùa đông (có bạn dùng cả dưỡng ẩm mùa hè) thì tôi nghĩ với Cetaphil hay Cerave, Moutain Rose Herb, Merlot, Acure ... nói chung dòng bình dân thì 1 năm hết 1 chai Lotion/cream hoặc hơn một chút, tôi cứ tính dư tầm 500K.
Còn cao cấp hơn thì Origins tốn tầm 800-900K, dùng Menard thì 1 chai sữa dưỡng ẩm dòng Lisciare dùng thừa cả năm không hết, tầm 1tr5. Như vậy trung bình tôi tính tiền kem/ lotion dưỡng ẩm tầm 700K/năm.

- Kem chống nắng thì một năm khoảng 2 tuýp 100g nếu bôi nhiều (cả cổ và tay), nếu dùng Avene thì mất tầm 900K cho 2 tuýp. Dùng đồ Hàn như Innisfree thì càng rẻ, hai tuýp tầm 500-600K.

Như vậy nếu không tính các nhu cầu cao siêu, chỉ đơn giản, bình dân và cơ bản nhất thì một năm về Skincare cần:
SRM 600K+ Tảy trang 500K+ Serum 1000K + dưỡng ẩm 700K+KCN 700K= 3.500.000đ/năm Với mức giá trên là hoàn toàn mua được các đồ có thương hiệu đàng hoàng, sử dụng tốt rồi nhé.
2. Về Make up:
- Nền: nếu dùng nền khoáng như tôi 1 năm dùng hết khoảng 1 hộp phấn BE dòng Original giá 600K/hộp , vậy là 600K tiền phấn nền, đấy là tôi dùng hàng ngày. Còn dùng ít thì 1 năm không hết 1 hộp phấn. Còn dùng phấn nền khoáng mà dùng Joppa Minerals thì còn rẻ nữa, một năm dùng tĩ tã hết 2 hộp giá tổng cộng hơn 500K.
Nếu các bạn dùng nền kem của thương hiệu bình dân như Loreal, Revlon, Bourjois thì 1 năm hết 1 chai tầm 300-400K

Hàng cao cấp nếu muốn dùng mà thu nhập chưa cao thì mua tester tầm 450K/chai 15-20Ml, tôi gọi cho dùng nhiều, dùng hàng ngày 1 năm hết 1 chai tester đi thì mất khoảng 500K.

Một chai kem nền Chanel hàng Tester này có dung tích 20Ml, nếu dùng như tôi 1 năm thì cũng chỉ hết 1 chai, giá từ 450-500K.
- Má hồng: như tôi mua 1 hộp phấn má bột khoáng của BE giá 400K dùng chắc 2 năm chưa hết, còn mua phấn má Chanel hay Dior hàng Tester hoặc Mini cũng chỉ tầm 300-400K hộp dùng thừa mứa cả năm. Nên túm lại cứ tính bình quân 400K tiền phấn má cho dư giả.
