Công tác Bảo hiểm:
- Thực hiện công tác đối chiếu hàng tháng, thanh toán các chế độ cho NLĐ với cơ quan BHXH (thai sản, ốm đau,..)
- Lập phương án, giải quyết các trường hợp tồn đọng, vướng mắc về vấn đề bảo hiểm như: mất sổ, mất thẻ, chậm thanh toán các chế độ, chậm đóng phí BHXH,...
- Theo dõi, lập hồ sơ, thực hiện thanh toán các chế độ cho NLĐ về loại hình bảo hiểm thân thể Con người 24/24 (các đối tác như Bảo hiểm Bảo Minh, Bảo hiểm PVI)
