Đoàn giám sát yêu cầu Nhà thầu thi công cử cán bộ công nhân có trình độ chuyên môn điều hành máy. Máy móc phải được neo giữ cẩn thận đề phòng mưa to, gió lớn và bão gây ra. Có thiết bị chống sét chung cho người và máy móc trong thời gian tổ chức thi công.
