Du lịch đang trở thành một vấn đề quan trọng trong cuộc sống của người Việt Nam. Thông qua những chuyến đi du lịch kết nối mọi người lại với nhau. Để có một du lịch thành công chương trình đòi hỏi sự phối hợp giữa các bộ phận khác nhau: liên hệ với khách hàng, thông tin về các điểm đến... Nếu các bộ phận không có sự hợp tác chặt chẽ, chương trình du lịch không thành công. Vì vậy, chúng ta thấy tầm quan trọng của hoạt động du lịch trong nước. Để có được một chương trình du lịch thành công và công việc không bị bỏ sót, chúng ta cần phải có một quá trình cụ thể. Dựa trên kiến thức nền của tôi và kinh nghiệm của tôi đã đạt được trong thời gian thực tập của tôi, tôi quyết định lựa chọn chủ đề cho báo cáo này là: "Quá trình điều hành tour du lịch trong nước ở Hoàng Giang du lịch hạn chế công ty Việt."
