- Mọi tranh chấp, bất đồng giữa hai bên trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng đều phải giải quyết thông qua thương lượng hòa giải. Trong trường hợp tranh chấp không thể giải quyết, một hoặc các bên có thể đệ trình lên Trung tâm trọng tài quốc tế Việt nam bên cạnh Phòng Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam để giải quyết.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Any dispute, disagreement between the two sides in the process of implementation of the contract shall be settled through mediation. In the event the dispute cannot be resolved, or the parties may submit to the international arbitration center in Vietnam besides the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and industry to solve.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- All disputes, disagreements between the two sides during contract performance must be resolved through negotiation and mediation. In case of a dispute can not be resolved, one or both parties may submit to an international arbitration center in Vietnam next to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam to resolve.
