“Chính phủ Vương quốc Anh đã sẵn sàng cung cấp khoản tín dụng xuất khẩu trị giá khoảng 500 triệu Bảng cho Việt Nam để thực hiện các dự án hạ tầng trong thời gian tới với sự hỗ trợ về chuyên môn của phía Anh. Nước Anh có khả năng và kinh nghiệm về lĩnh vực xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng và sẵn sàng chia sẻ, hỗ trợ Việt Nam” - Thủ tướng David Cameron thông báo; đồng thời cũng cho biết nước Anh tiếp tục cam kết hỗ trợ ODA cho Việt Nam thông qua các kênh song phương và đa phương.
