Điều 11: Quyền và nghĩa vụ của Bên

Điều 11: Quyền và nghĩa vụ của Bên A.
Ngoài các quyền và nghĩa vụ đã qui định tại các điều khoản khác trong Hợp đồng này, Bên A còn có các quyền và nghĩa vụ sau:
a) Thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ các nghĩa vụ trong hợp đồng này.
b) Cung cấp thông tin, bàn giao đầy đủ hồ sơ thiết kế cho Bên B.
c) Cử Tư vấn Quản lý dự án và tư vấn Giám sát của Bên A có trách nhiệm phối hợp cùng Bên B tham gia kiểm tra, ký xác nhận khi thiết bị được chuyển về chân công trình.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
