(iii) Các bên có mong muốn hợp tác, liên danh, liên kết nhằm hỗ trợ các nhà thầu Hà Lan-Việt Nam trong việc tiếp cận Chương trình phát triển kinh tế-xã hội DRIVE của Chính phủ Hà Lan; cũng như hỗ trợ Chính phủ và các cơ quan chức năng của hai nước Việt Nam và Hà Lan trong việc xúc tiến các khoản tài trợ vốn vay ưu đãi cho các dự án thuộc các lĩnh vực như y tế, an ninh lương thực, chống biến đổi khí hậu và nước sạch.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

(iii) the parties have the desire, cooperation, links to support the Dutch contractor-Vietnam in reaching the program of social-economic development DRIVE of the Government of the Netherlands; as well as supporting the Government and the relevant authorities of the two countries, Vietnam and the Netherlands in the promotion of preferential loan grants for projects in areas such as health, food security, combating climate change and clean water.

(Iii) The parties wish to cooperate, partnership, association to assist bidders Netherlands-Vietnam in reaching program of economic development and social DRIVE Government of the Netherlands; as well as assisting the Government and the authorities of both Vietnam and the Netherlands in the promotion of grants preferential loans for projects in fields such as health, food security, combat climate change and clean water.
