Tại Việt Nam tiêu chí xác định doan

Tại Việt Nam tiêu chí xác định doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ được thể hiện trong nghị định 90/2001/NĐ ngày 23-11-2001 của Chính Phủ. Theo quy định này doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ được định nghĩa như sau: ”Doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ là cơ sở sản xuất, kinh doanh độc lập, đã đăng ký kinh doanh theo pháp luật hiện hành, có vốn đăng ký không quá 10 tỷ đồng hoặc số lao động trung bình hành năm không qua 30 người”.
