(c) Đánh giá thực trạng quản trị dữ liệu tại Ngân hàng. Báo cáo này cần phải
- bao trùm các hạng mục dữ liệu hiện đang tồn tại trong Ngân hàng,
- mô tả cách thức tổ chức thống kê và phân loại dữ liệu,
- chu trình luân chuyển dữ liệu qua các Khối/bộ phận/hệ thống trong Ngân hàng,
- đánh giá chung về chất lượng dữ liệu và cách thức Ngân hàng hiện đang quản trị dữ liệu,
- các điểm yếu/lỗ hổng trong văn bản chính sách/quy trình nội bộ liên quan đến dữ liệu,
- xử lý/chia sẻ/thao tác trên dữ liệu và chất lượng dữ liệu qua từng khâu, etc.
- đánh giá mức độ trưởng thành (Maturity Assessment) của cơ cấu QTDL hiện tại và xác định khoảng cách cho từng đề mục cụ thể để đạt được cấp độ cần thiết.
- phân tích sâu cho các dữ liệu thuộc phạm vi Basel II, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: dữ liệu, quy trình, cơ cấu tổ chức đảm bảo cho việc tuân thủ.

(c) assessment of the status of data management at the Bank. This report needs to -spanning data items currently exist within the Bank,-describe how the statistical organization and classification data, -rotating cycle data through the blocks/parts/systems in the Bank, -General evaluation of the quality of data and the way the Bank is currently data management, -the weaknesses/loopholes in policy documents/internal processes related to the data, -handle/sharing/manipulation on data and data quality through every stitch, etc. -reviews the level of maturity (Maturity Assessment) of the current QTDL structure and specify the distance for each specific item in order to reach the necessary level. -depth analysis for the data in the scope of Basel II, including but not limited to: data, processes, organization structure to ensure compliance.

- cover data items existing in the Bank,
- describes how to organize and classify statistical data
- data cycling through the blocks / parts / Bank system,
- overall assessment of data quality and how the Bank is currently the Managing data,
- the weaknesses / gaps in policy documents / internal processes related to data,
- processing / sharing / data manipulation and data quality through each stage, etc.
- assess level of maturity (Maturity Assessment) of the current structure and determine QTDL distance for each specific section able to achieve the necessary level.
- analysis for the data under Basel II, including but not limited to: data, processes and organizational structures to ensure compliance.
