Trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2016, 100% CBCNV trong Công ty đã được đào tạo, bồi huấn theo quy định. Công ty đã tổ chức 20 khóa đào tạo, bồi huấn nghiệp vụ cho 2.593 lượt người. Số giờ đào tạo bình quân hiện nay là 63 giờ/người (bằng với cùng kỳ 2015). Dự kiến đến cuối năm sẽ đảm bảo thời gian đào tạo ít nhất 40 giờ/người theo quy định.
