10.3 LGEVH có quyền sở hữu đối với mọi đối tượng sở hữu trí tuệ liên quan đến Khuôn mẫu, Hàng hóa theo qui định trong Bộ luật dân sự Việt Nam. Các đối tượng sở hữu trí tuệ bao gồm mà không giới hạn Nhãn hiệu hàng hóa, Kiểu dáng công nghiệp, Giải pháp hữu ích, Tên gọi xuất xứ của Sản phẩm, các tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng và/hoặc bất cứ tài liệu nào khác đã được cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền cấp Giấy chứng nhận quyền sở hữu hay sử dụng hợp pháp cho LGE.

10.3 LGEVH rights with respect to any intellectual property objects related to molds, goods as defined in the civil code Vietnam. The objects of intellectual property including but not limited to trademarks, industrial designs, utility solutions, the designation of origin of the product, the manual documentation and/or any other document already competent State agencies issued a certificate of ownership or use to the LGE.

10.3 LGEVH has ownership to all objects of intellectual property relating to Mould, Goods as stipulated in the Civil Code of Vietnam. The objects of intellectual property including but not limited to Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Utility Solutions, appellations of origin of products, the user documentation and / or any document other state agencies have been authorized to issue certificates of ownership or lawful use for LGE.
