Tuyên dương 70 tập thể, cá nhân giỏi về bảo vệ môi trường


Tối ngày 29/9, tại Nhà hát Âu Cơ (thành phố Hà Nội) đã diễn ra Lễ tuyên dương, nhằm tôn vinh các tập thể, cá nhân có thành tích xuất sắc trong hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường giai đoạn 2011-2015.

Lễ Tuyên dương do Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường tổ chức và được truyền hình trực triếp trên kênh VTV2 của Đài Truyền hình Việt Nam.

Theo Thứ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường Trần Hồng Hà, sau hơn 1 tháng xét chọn nghiêm túc, trong số 238 hồ sơ Hội đồng xét chọn đã lựa chọn 50 tập thể và 20 cá nhân có nhiều đóng góp cho sự nghiệp bảo vệ môi trường.

Theo Phó Thủ tướng Hoàng Trung Hải, đây là việc làm cần thiết để tôn vinh những tập thể và cá nhân có ý thức xây dựng và bảo vệ môi trường của đất nước.
