1. MỤC ĐÍCH

– Giới thiệu cho sinh viên trường Đại học Khoa học tự nhiên & Trung tâm Đào tạo Quốc tế ITEC - TP.HCM kĩ năng viết CV và phỏng vấn để chinh phục các nhà tuyển dụng, đặc biệt là các sinh viên năm 3 và năm 4.
– Chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và tạo cơ hội tuyển dụng cho các bạn sinh viên trước và sau khi tốt nghiệp.
– Tạo môi trường giao lưu, trao đổi giữa sinh viên trong trường với nhau và với diễn giả.

3. KHÁCH MỜI CHƯƠNG TRÌNH

– Giáo sư Lynn Lannon - Giảng viên khoa Kinh Doanh Quốc Tế Đại học Keuka (Newyork)
– Nhà tuyển dụng (chuyên đọc các hồ sơ CV, hướng dẫn sinh viên cách viết một CV hoản chỉnh)
– Nhà tuyển dụng (trao đổi, phỏng vấn trực tiếp với sinh viên)

4. THÔNG TIN CHƯƠNG TRÌNH

Tiêu chí:
– Quảng bá hình ảnh của Trung tâm đào tạo Quốc tế ITEC.
– Giúp sinh viên có kĩ năng về việc Viết CV ấn tượng và phỏng vấn thành công trong mắt nhà tuyển dụng.

– Diễn giả: 3 diễn giả đến từ Trung tâm Đào tạo Quốc tế ITEC và các Công ty tuyển dụng.

5. TỔNG QUAN NỘI DUNG

5.1. (08h00) Tiếp đón khách mời và ổn định sinh viên.

5.2. (09h00) Khai mạc chương trình.

5.3. (09h10) Mời Giáo sư Lynn Lannon của Trung tâm Đào tạo Quốc tế ITEC phát biểu Về tầm quan trọng của việc Viết CV khi ứng tuyển vào bất kỳ công việc nào.

5.4. (09h30) Mời nhà tuyển dụng có chuyên môn về đọc CV để hướng dẫn sinh viên kĩ năng viết CV một cách ấn tượng và có hiệu quả.

5.5. (10h00) Mời nhà tuyển dụng lên trao đổi và tạo ra buổi phỏng vấn giả định giúp sinh viên có được trải nghiệm về buổi phỏng vấn xin việc trong thực tế.

5.6. (10h45) Các diễn giả dành thời gian cho phần Hỏi đáp và Trả lời các thắc mắc mà sinh viên đưa ra.
