Hai bên cần phải chủ động thông báo cho nhau biết tiến độ thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu có vấn đề bất lợi phát sinh các bên kịp thời báo cho nhau biết và chủ động bàn bạc giải quyết trên cơ sở thương lượng đảm bảo hai bên cùng có lợi (có lập biên bản).
Trường hợp vấn đề tranh chấp không tự thương lượng được thì mới khiếu nại . Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hợp đồng hoặc liên quan tới hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết tại Trung Tâm Trọng Tài Quốc Tế Việt Nam bên cạnh Phòng Thương Mại Và Công Nghiệp Việt Nam theo qui tắc tố tụng trọng tài của trung tâm này và được chung thẩm bởi một trọng tài viên duy nhất.
Nếu có tranh chấp xảy ra, bên nguyên đơn thông báo đơn kiện ra trọng tài của mình bằng văn bản và bằng thư đảm bảo cho bên bị đơn và bên bị đơn phải trả lời bằng văn bản trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được đơn kiện. Hai bên cùng chỉ định một trọng tài viên duy nhất sẽ được chỉ định bởi Trung Tâm Trọng Tài Quốc Tế Việt Nam.
Lệ phí trọng tài hay các chi phí liên quan do bên vi phạm hợp đồng chịu.
