Xã có 10.079 trẻ em ( xấp xỉ 40% dân số ) trong đó cơ 112 trẻ em mồ côi, 19 em khuyết tật, 139 em là con em hộ nghèo, 103 em bỏ học... Vài con số đó thôi cũng đã phần nào nói lên được khó khăn ở nơi đây. Khó khăn thì nhiều, song với những năm qua, Đảng, chính quyền và nhân dân Hưng Hội luôn cố gắng trong công tác chăm sóc trẻ em và đã ưu tiên dành nhũng gì tốt đẹp nhất cho trẻ em
