Bên B tư vấn và thực hiện thủ tục pháp lý cho Bên A thành lập Chi nhánh tại Việt Nam gồm các nội dung sau đây:
(i) Tư vấn cho Bên A về điều kiện thành lập chi nhánh của thương nhân nước ngoài tại Việt Nam theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
(ii) Soạn thảo các tài liệu pháp lý liên quan đến thành lập Chi nhánh của Bên A tại Việt Nam để Bên A ký ban hành.
(iii) Thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý liên quan đến việc xin cấp Giấy phép thành lập Chi nhánh của Bên A tại Việt Nam (tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh), khai báo thuế ban đầu và đăng ký mẫu dấu.
(iv) Đại diện Bên A thuê mặt bằng để làm trụ sở Chi nhánh của Bên A tại Việt Nam (tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh) khi Bên A có yêu cầu.
(v) Cử luật sư bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của Bên A hoặc đại diện theo ủy quyền của Bên A trước các cơ quan hữu quan khác liên quan đến việc xin cấp Giấy phép thành lập Chi nhánh của Bên A tại Việt Nam (tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh).
Thông tin Chi nhánh của Bên A tại Việt Nam (tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh) đề nghị thành lập được thực hiện theo yêu cầu của Bên A và được Bên B tư vấn theo pháp luật Việt Nam hiện hành.

Side B consulting and implementation of legal procedures for A Party established branches in Vietnam includes the following content:(i) counsel for A Party on conditions established foreign trader's branch in Vietnam in accordance with the law of Vietnam. (ii) drafting the legal documents relating to A party branch in Vietnam to A Party sign.(iii) implement the legal procedures related to obtaining a license to establish A party branch in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), the initial tax declarations and registration stamp.(iv) representation A lease to do A party branch office in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) when A Party has requested.(v) the election lawyers protect the rights and legitimate interests of A Party or representative authorized by party A before the authorities related to applying for a license to establish A party branch in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City).Information of A Party branch in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) proposed the creation is made according to the requirements of party A and Party B legal advice applicable Vietnam.

Party B consulting and implementation of legal procedures for Party A branch establishment in Vietnam, including the following:
(i) advise the parties on the conditions for establishing a branch of foreign traders in Vietnam Men under Vietnam law.
(ii) To draft legal documents related to the establishment of branch of Party A to Party A in Vietnam signing.
(iii) Implementation of the legal procedures relating to the application for license for establishment of branches of Party A in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City), declared the original tax registration and specimen.
(iv) Representatives of Party A to rent Branch offices of Party A in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) when Party A is required.
(v) appoint lawyers to defend the legitimate rights and interests of Party A or the authorized representative of the Party A front of other relevant bodies concerning the application for license for establishment of branches of Party A in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City).
Information Branch of Party A in Vietnam (at Ho Chi Ming) proposed the establishment shall comply with the requirements of Party A and Party B is legal advisory current Vietnam.
