Công ty ký hợp đồng liên kết với ND ngay từ đầu vụ sản xuất qua 02 hình thức: (1) Ký trực
tiếp với từng ND, hoặc (2) Ký với người đại diện ND từng địa bàn (tổ trưởng tổ sản xuất).
Nội dung HĐ quy định công ty sẽ cung ứng giống lúa Nhật tương ứng với loại giống và phần
diện tích đã đăng ký, cung ứng trả chậm phân bón và thuốc BVTV nếu ND có nhu cầu. ND
cam kết thực hiện đúng quy trình sản xuất của Công ty, không được sử dụng các loại thuốc
BVTV nằm trong danh mục cấm của công ty (thuốc trừ cỏ, thuốc dưỡng hạt). HĐ quy định ND phải bán toàn bộ sản phẩm thu hoạch cho công ty. Sản lượng thu hoạch
được ước lượng dựa trên lượng giống mà Công ty đã cung cấp cho ND vào đầu vụ. Giá thu
mua là giá cố định. Nếu không bán lúa cho công ty, ND sẽ phải trả phạt 50.000 đ/kg giống
(giá giống thông thường 14.000đ/kg) và công ty sẽ không HĐ tiếp trong các năm tiếp theo.
Cty quản lý chất lượng gạo bằng các điều khoản cụ thể trong HĐ liên kết. Nếu sản phẩm của
ND đạt các tiêu chuẩn của công ty thì được thưởng, ngược lại sẽ bị phạt.
HĐ liên kết giữa công ty và ND được UBND xã công chứng, Hội nông dân sẽ giám sát và hỗ
trợ ND và DN trong quá trình thực hiện HĐ. Đây là một trong những điểm khác biệt so với
HĐ liên kết giữa ND với công ty CP BVTV An Giang và công ty Angimex.
