Trường hợp người được nhà nước cho thuê đất thực hiện ứng trước tiền bồi thường, hỗ trợ, tái định cư và kinh phí tổ chức thực hiện bồi thường, giải phóng mặt bằng theo phương án được cấp có thẩm quyền phê duyệt thì được trừ số tiền đã ứng trước vào tiền thuê đất phải nộp theo phương án được duyệt; mức được trừ không vượt quá số tiền thuê đất phải nộp

Where the State rents make advance compensation, resettlement assistance and funding organizations make restitution, compensation under the scheme was approved by the authority shall be deducted the amount already advance on land rents payable under approved projects; the deduction does not exceed the amount of rent payable

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Where the state land lease and advance compensation, support, resettlement and funds for implementation of compensation and clearance under the plan is approved by the competent authority shall be deducted amount of advance rent to be paid under the approved plan; subtracted amounts must not exceed the rent payable
