6.1 Trường hợp tai nạn xảy ra có tổn thất liên quan tới xe được bảo hiểm, bên A hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp phải thông báo ngay cho bên B biết đồng thời phải có các biện pháp cứu chữa, hạn chế thiệt hại về người và tài sản, bảo vệ hiện trường. Trong vòng 30 phút bên B có mặt tại hiện trường đối với địa bàn tỉnh Hải Dương. Với các địa bàn khác Bên A thông báo cho bên B hoặc đường dây nóng (hotline) của Bảo Việt: 1900558899 / 0435730505 (được ghi trên giấy chứng nhận bảo hiểm), trong vòng 60 phút người đại diện của bên B có mặt tại hiện trường, phối hợp với bên A hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp nhằm xác định nguyên nhân và mức độ thiệt hại. Trong trường hợp quá thời gian trên, bên B hoặc đại diện của bên B không có mặt tại hiện trường, bên A hoặc đại điện hợp pháp có thể di chuyển phương tiện bị tổn thất hay thiệt hại về gara theo hướng dẫn của bên B hoặc người đại diện cho bên B.
