Loø hôi đốt than, trấu xay tầng sôi ký hiệu MFB-20-12 laø loaïi loø hôi ống nước, ống lửa kieåu một

pheãu chöùa lieäu, vít tải ñöa vaøo buoàng ñoát, đốt cháy trong buồng lửa và trên mặt béc của lò hơi để tạo ra
năng lượng, ngoïn löûa vaø khoùi noùng trong buồng đốt truyeàn nhieät böùc xaï cho daøn oáng tiếp nhiệt böùc
xaï, roài ñi vaøo daøn oáng ñoái löu cuûa balong, sau ñoù khoùi noùng đi qua các thiết bị tiết kiệm nhiệt rồi đi

I. Ể TRA Ệ T G Õ TRƯỚC V Ò:
Trước khi vận hành lò hơi lần đầu, hoặc lò hơi tạm dừng hoạt động trên 1 tháng, giờ vận hành
trở lại thì cần kiểm tra các bộ phận sau:
1. Các loại van đường ống hệ thống cấp nước, cấp hơi, đ lắp đặt hoàn chỉnh và phải đúng quy
phạm. Các van phải đảm bảo kín và đóng mở d dàng.
2. Các hệ thống cung cấp nhiên liệu phải được lắp đặt đúng tiêu chuẩn, đảm bảo công suất và chế
độ hoạt động phải đồng bộ theo đúng yêu cầu thiết kế.
3. Kiểm tra hệ thống quạt, hệ thống bơm và hệ thống đường ống phải lắp đặt đúng yêu cầu kỹ
thuật và đảm bảo công suất yêu cầu, sự hoạt động của các bộ phận thiết bị bình thường.
4. Kiểm tra các cơ cấu cơ khí của lò hơi (cơ cấu sàn cát, hệ thống cấp liệu, vít cấp liệu ) phải
lắp đặt và hoạt động đúng tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu.
5. Kiểm tra các thiết bị đo lường, tự động phải đúng theo yêu cầu thiết kế và lắp đặt đúng theo yêu
cầu kỹ thuật. Xem các thông số đo lường hiển thị có phù hợp và chính xác chưa.
6. Kiểm tra ống thủy có đạt tiêu chuẩn thiết kế và thuận tiện để quan sát được mực nước trong lò
không. Kiểm tra mức nước cao nhất và thấp nhất của ống thủy, hai mức nước này phải bằng mức
nước trung bình ± 50 mm. Chuyển hệ thống cấp nước cho lò hơi sang chế độ Auto, tiến hành xả
đáy cho hệ thống lò hơi, quan sát mực nước giảm dần trên ống thủy, khi mực nước giảm đến mức
cài đặt, hệ thống bơm cấp nước vào lò hơi phải hoạt động, đóng van xả đáy, quan sát mực nước
tăng dần đến vạch cao nhất của ống thủy, bơm cấp nước dừng hoạt động, thì hệ thống cấp nước cho
lò hơi mới đảm bảo yêu cầu.
7. Kiểm tra các van an toàn phải lắp đặt theo đúng yêu cầu thiết kế và giá trị cài đặt của van phải
đúng theo áp suất thiết kế yêu cầu:
+ Van an toàn số 1 cài đặt: 31.2 Bar
+ Van an toàn số 2 cài đặt: 31.4 Bar
+ Van an toàn số 2 cài đặt: 31.6 Bar
8.Tiến hành quan sát tổng thể lò hơi, khi đ đảm bảo chắc chắn các thiết bị của lò hơi đ được lắp
đặt và cài đặt đúng theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật thì cho tiến hành vận hành lò. Và khi vận hành phải có
một ngừơi đứng ở cầu dao tổng (CP tổng) để cắt nguồn kịp thời khi xảy ra sự cố.Martech Boiler Co., Ltd .
