Đối với sinh viên , việc làm thêm đã trở thành mối quan tâm lớn thứ 2 sau việc học tập tại trường. Các bạn làm thêm với nhiều mục đích khác nhau như tìm thu nhập để trang trải cho việc học và các nhu cầu cá nhân, làm quen với môi trường mới, tích lũy kinh nghiệm làm việc, mở rộng các mối quan hệ… Làm thêm là rất cần thiết đối với sinh viên nhưng không phải ai cũng cân bằng được giữa thời gian đi làm và thời gian dành cho việc học tập
