c. Bên B đặt cọc cho Bên A để đảm bảo thực hiện hợp đồng nhập khẩu với số tiền tối thiểu là 30% trị giá hợp đồng nhập khẩu hoặc tương đương số tiền đặt cọc cho NBNN (nếu có). Khoản tiền cọc này sẽ được trừ vào đợt thanh toán cuối cùng của Bên B cho Bên A.
