Về phía Nhà nước, sẽ cắt giảm việc gian lận trong kê khai khấu trừ, hoàn thuế và nhờ đó giảm thất thoát ngân sách của nhà nước; tiết kiệm được thời gian, nhân lực ở khâu kiểm tra và hoàn thuế GTGT; không làm ảnh hưởng đến số thu của ngân sách nhà nước mà còn phản ánh đúng thực chất số thu của ngân sách.
