Việc giao nộp và thu thập thông tin

Việc giao nộp và thu thập thông tin - tư liệu địa chính quy định như sau:
- Thông tin - tư liệu địa chính thực hiện bằng nguồn vốn ngân sách nhà nước (ngân sách trung ương) do Tổng cục Địa chính quyết định đầu tư giao nộp cho Trung tâm TTLTTLĐC thuộc Tổng cục Địa chính.
- Hàng năm Trung tâm TTLTTLĐC thuộc Tổng cục Địa chính có trách nhiệm thu thập, tổng hợp khối lượng (có sơ đồ kèm theo) và đánh giá khả năng khai thác thông tin - tư liệu chuyên ngành có liên quan đến địa chính do các Bộ, Ngành, UBND tỉnh, thành phố thực hiện báo cáo lãnh đạo Tổng cục.
- Thông tin - tư liệu địa chính thực hiện bằng nguồn vốn ngân sách địa phương do UBND tỉnh, thành phố quyết định đầu tư giao nộp cho Trung tâm Lưu trữ địa chính thuộc Sở Địa chính tỉnh, thành phố.
- Hàng năm Sở Địa chính các tỉnh, thành phố phải thu thập, tổng hợp khối lượng (có sơ đồ kèm theo) và đánh giá khả năng khai thác sử dụng thông tin - tư liệu có liên quan đến địa chính trên địa bàn địa phương.
- Cuối tháng 12 hàng năm, Sở Địa chính các tỉnh, thành phố phải báo cáo Tổng cục Địa chính về khối lượng (có sơ đồ kèm theo) thông tin - tư liệu địa chính, thông tin - tư liệu chuyên ngành có liên quan đến địa chính trên địa bàn tỉnh, thành phố thực hiện trong năm đồng thời phải giao nộp cho Trung tâm TTLTTLĐC thuộc Tổng cục Địa chính các thông tin - tư liệu địa chính theo quy định của Luật Đất đai hiện hành và theo qui định của Tổng cục Địa chính.
- Nộp lưu chiểu: Các ấn phẩm từ thông tin - tư liệu địa chính, từ thông tin - tư liệu chuyên ngành có liên quan đến địa chính do các cơ quan, đơn vị, tổ chức trực thuộc Tổng cục Địa chính xuất bản ngoài việc nộp lưu chiểu theo quy định, phải nộp 01 bản để lưu chiểu tại Trung tâm TTLTTLĐC thuộc Tổng cục Địa chính.
- Khi giao, nhận thông tin - tư liệu địa chính, giao, nhận sản phẩm nộp lưu chiểu phải lập phiếu nhập kho hoặc biên bản giao nhận tài liệu theo mẫu ở phụ lục 1.
- Phiếu nhập kho hoặc biên bản giao, nhận thông tin - tư liệu địa chính, giao, nhận sản phẩm nộp lưu chiểu là một trong những cơ sở để xác nhận hoàn thành công trình cho chủ đầu tư, cho các cơ quan, đơn vị, tổ chức xuất bản phải nộp lưu chiểu tại Tổng cục Địa chính.
