Sau 24 năm hình thành và phát triển, đến năm 2000 công ty đã được cổ phần hóa và lấy tên Công ty cổ phần nông sản thực phẩm lâm đồng theo quyết định số 161/1999/QĐ-UB ngày 30/11/1999 của UBND tỉnh lâm đồng về việc chuyển đổi mô hình từ doanh nghiệp nhà nước sang công ty cổ phần, giấy phếp đăng ký kinh doanh số 059233 ngày 20/12/1999 do Sở kế hoạch và đâu tư tỉnh lâm đồng cấp.
