Để nhận hàng hoá nhập khẩu từ nước

Để nhận hàng hoá nhập khẩu từ nước ngoài về, đơn vị nhập khẩu phải làm các công việc sau:
- Ký kết hợp đồng uỷ thác cho cơ quan vận tải về việc nhận hàng
- Xác nhận với cơ quan vận tải kế hoạch tiếp nhận hàng hoá từng quý, từng năm, cơ cấu hàng hoá, lịch tàu, điều kiện kỹ thuật khi bốc dỡ, vận chuyển, giao nhận.
- Cung cấp tài liệu cần thiết cho việc nhận hàng ( vận đơn, lệnh giao hàng…) nếu tàu biển không giao những tài liệu đó cho cơ quan vận tải.
- Theo dõi việc giao nhận, đôn đốc cơ quan vận tải lập biên bản ( nếu cần) về hàng hoá và giải quyết trong phạm vi của mình những vấn đề xảy ra trong việc giao nhận
- Thanh toán cho cơ quan vận tải các khoản phí tổn về giao nhận bốc xếp, bảo quản và vận chuyển hàng hoá nhập khẩu.
- Thông báo cho các đơn vị đặt hàng chuẩn bị tiếp nhận hàng hoá.
- Chuyển hàng hoá về kho của doanh nghiệp hoặc trực tiếp giao cho các đơn vị đặt hàng.

To get the goods imported from abroad, the importer must do the following tasks:

- Provide the necessary documents for the receipt (bill of lading, delivery order ...) if seagoing vessels are not assigned to that document for the transport agencies.
- track the delivery and urging transport agencies make records (if necessary) on goods and settle in their scope of problem in the delivery
- Payment for transportation agency charges for the loading and unloading of delivery, storage and transportation of imported goods.
- Notify the unit received orders to prepare the goods.
- cargo warehouses of enterprises or directly delivered to the units ordered.
