Phát biểu tại Hội nghị nhóm tư vấn với chủ đề “Phục hồi tăng trưởng kinh tế
nhanh và bền vững”, Thủ tướng Chính phủ Nguyễn Tấn Dũng khẳng định Chính
phủ và nhân dân Việt Nam đánh giá cao sự ủng hộ, giúp đỡ to lớn của cộng đồng
quốc tế, trong đó nguồn ODA có vai trò rất quan trọng. Thủ tướng cho biết trong
16 năm qua, ODA đã thực sự là một nguồn lực quan trọng hỗ trợ Chính phủ Việt
Nam trong việc xây dựng và hoàn thiện cơ sở hạ tầng kinh tế - xã hội, tăng cường
thể chế, phát triển các lĩnh vực xã hội như y tế, giáo dục, bảo vệ môi trường, phát
triển nông thôn, đặc biệt trong công tác xóa đói giảm nghèo.
