Ban CNTT xin gửi đến Suncity thông

Ban CNTT xin gửi đến Suncity thông tin gói kiểm soát xe toà nhà Suncity báo giá như file đính kèm cùng với một số điểm đã thống nhất bên dưới để Suncity trình và xin phê duyệt :
• Hệ thống kểm soát cả ô tô và xe máy
• Phần mềm thống nhất bảo hành 1 năm (sau này sẽ ký dịch vụ bảo trì khi hết thời hạn bảo hành của NCC)
• Cấp phát thẻ : Suncity tự cập nhật thông tin thẻ vào hệ thống (NCC training khi bàn giao)
• Đặt mua phôi thẻ : Suncity tự đặt với bên cung cấp thẻ theo maket của Suncity
• Hệ thống không lắp đặt Barie
• Có 3 loại thẻ : thẻ khách hàng toà nhà, thẻ khách vãng lai, thẻ nhân viên Sungroup(thẻ nhân viên Sungroup ban HCNS đang tiến hành để cấp)
• Quy trình :
- Ô tô vào quẹt thẻ để xác nhận thông tin tại cổng hầm (tự quẹt thẻ hoặc bảo vệ quẹt hộ), khi ra quẹt thẻ tại tầng hầm M
- Xe máy vào, tự quẹt, hệ thống ghi nhận thông tin và hiển thị thông tin hợp lệ trên màn hình gắn bên ngoài , TH biến số sai, không trùng, bảo vệ xem xác nhận trên màn hình cảm ứng.
- Xe máy ra: tự quẹt thẻ dưới tầng M, thông tin hiển thị trên màn hình bảo vệ, nếu không hợp lệ sẽ báo và bật lên loa để bảo vệ có PA xử lý.
- Xe máy lượt (vãng lai) vào: Bảo vệ cấp thẻ, trước khi cấp, quẹt thẻ vào đầu đọc để ghi nhận thông tin
- Xe máy vãng lai ra: dưới hầm M tự quẹt thẻ và thu lại trên phòng bảo vệ. Bảo vệ nhìn màn hình để kiểm tra tính hợp lệ để xác nhận xe ra
