- QC theo dõi nhiệt độ tủ đông mới sử dụng để lưu thành phẩm củ năng, hạt sen ( xem file đính kèm). Nhiệt độ được cài đặt ở chế độ -300C. Tuy nhiên, sau khi theo dõi, nhiệt độ tủ tăng dần nhưng ở chế độ đông chậm.
- Sức chứa thành phẩm của tủ đông này thấp, sau khảo sát thấy có thể chứa trong 4 khay, mỗi khay 15set. Trung bình khoảng 60 set/ tủ.
