Một số khác lại nghĩ rằng việc môi trường đã bị ô nhiễm thì có làm gì đi chăng nữa cũng không đáng kể, và việc ô nhiễm môi trường cũng không ảnh hưởng gì tới mình nhiều…Vậy nhưng không phải vậy! Phá hoại môi trường của một người tuy chỉ ảnh hưởng nhỏ nhưng tập hợp nhiều người lại là lớn. Dù trách nhiệm bảo vệ môi trường tuy cũng có một phần là của nhà nước nhưng đa phần lại là của người dân.
