• Thường xuyên cử cán bộ đi đào tạo

• Thường xuyên cử cán bộ đi đào tạo, tập huấn, dự hội thảo, thăm quan mô hình trong nước và quốc tế liên quan đến các hoạt động dự án như: chăm sóc sức khoẻ, HIV/AIDS, giới, sức khoẻ sinh sản, dinh dưỡng, phát triển cộng đồng, biến đổi khí hậu…., thông qua các chương trình khác nhau để bồi dưỡng, nâng cao năng lực cho cán bộ CEPHAD.
• Tổ chức các khóa tập huấn về chăm sóc sức khỏe, phòng chống HIV/AIDS, xóa đói giảm nghèo, biến đổi khí hậu, đào tạo cho người đào tạo, quản lý và giám sát dự án, phát triển cộng đồng…cho các cán bộ của CEPHAD, các cán bộ thực địa của CEPHAD tại các vùng dự án, người hưởng lợi và cộng đồng.
• Tham dự hội nghị/hội thảo/các diễn đàn trong nước và quốc tế như Hội thảo Quốc tế về nuôi con bằng sữa mẹ …để học hỏi kinh nghiệm các tỉnh thành, các nước trong khu vực và trên thế giới.
