Nếu sau khi ký hợp đồng, bên A vì lý do nào đó muốn hủy hợp đồng thì phải báo trước cho bên B bằng văn bản trong thời gian 05 ngày làm việc từ ngày ký hợp đồng và sẽ hoàn lại tiền đặt cọc cho bên B, đồng thời phải trả thêm cho bên B một khoản tiền bằng với số tiền mà bên B đã đặt cọc cho bên A
