4. Liên kết nghiệp vụ đào tạo với các trường có liên quan và liên hệ đặt cơ sở đào tạo với các trường Trung cấp, Cao đẳng, Đại học theo kế hoạch đề ra và các lớp ngoài kế hoạch để tạo nguồn cho địa phương và bổ sung thêm một phần chi phí hoạt động thường xuyên của đơn vị;
5. Tổ chức giảng dạy, học tập theo đúng chương trình khung đã được quy định ở các bậc học và các hoạt động giáo dục khác trong trường đồng thời đào tạo theo chương trình mục tiêu Quốc Gia;
6. Tổ chức quản lý học viên đúng theo quy chế, nội quy của Nhà trường đề ra, tạo điều kiện cho học viên tham gia hoạt động các phong trào ở trường và ngoài xã hội; Phối hợp chặt chẽ mối quan hệ giữa cơ quan chủ quản của học viên - Gia đình - Nhà trường - Xã hội giúp phát triển nhân cách tốt cho học viên;
