Nếu bên B không thực hiện đúng thời

Nếu bên B không thực hiện đúng thời hạn hợp đồng thì sẽ chịu phạt 0.01% ngày của giá trị hợp đồng nhưng tổng giá trị phạt không quá 5% giá trị hợp đồng.Trong trường hợp ngừng thi công do điều kiện bất khả kháng sẽ không tính vào thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng
