Điều 3. Quyết định phê duyệt báo cá

Điều 3. Quyết định phê duyệt báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường của Dự án là căn cứ để cấp có thẩm quyền xem xét, quyết định các bước tiếp theo của Dự án theo quy định tại Khoản 2 Điều 25 Luật Bảo vệ môi trường.
Điều 4. Ủy nhiệm Tổng cục Môi trường chủ trì, phối hợp với Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường tỉnh Quảng Nam và các đơn vị có liên quan thực hiện kiểm tra các nội dung bảo vệ môi trường trong báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường đã được phê duyệt tại Quyết định này.
Điều 5. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký./.
