Tranh chấp đất đai giữa doanh nghiệp và người dân tại Tây Nguyên

Nội dung bài viết là những tư liệu trong quá trình nghiên cứu thực địa về sinh kế của các cộng đồng tôc người tại Tây Nguyên. Bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu nhân học/dân tộc học tại 2 điểm nghiên cứu thuộc tỉnh Gia Lai và Đăk Lăk, qua nội những cuộc phỏng vấn sâu, thảo luận nhóm tại thực địa, bài viết trình bày nội dung liên quan các hoạt động sinh kế truyền thống trên đât của cộng đồng tộc người tại chỗ ngoài cũng như với các nhóm tộc người di cư.
Quá trình thu hồi đất đã dẫn tới mâu thuẫn phát sinh giữa lâm trường, công ty được giao đất kinh doanh với người dân địa phương diễn ra ngày càng gay gắt và phức tạp. Chính việc quản lý cũng như không tôn trọng tính chất canh tác truyền thống của các tộc người đã đẩy mâu thuẫn giữa người dân với lâm trường và các công ty khai thác thêm trầm trọng và không có hướng giải quyết triệt để.
