Hiện trạng sử dụng đất khu vực dự án chủ yếu là đất trồng cây lâu năm, đất hoa màu, đất thổ cư đang được các hộ dân khu vực dự án sản xuất ổn định và đạt các yêu cầu theo quy định hiện hành. Quy mô dự án chỉ xây dựng 01 TBA và các vị trí móng cột điện bằng bêtông cốt thép, khối lượng không đáng kể cho một vị trí móng cột và trong quá trình vận hành tuyến đường dây không sinh ra chất thải vào môi trường đất nên dự án được đánh giá ít ảnh hưởng đến môi trường đất. Do đó, dự án không thực hiện lấy mẫu phân tích thành phần kim loại nặng trong đất. Dự án chỉ thực hiện khoan thăm dò và lấy mẫu phân thích các chỉ tiêu cơ, lý của mẫu đất hiện trạng phục vụ công tác tính toán, thiết kế phần xây dựng. Kết quả tính toán như phụ lục kèm theo.
