Article 111. Annual Leave
1. The employee has completed 12 months of work for an employer, they are entitled each year, fully paid labor contract as follows:
a) 12 working days for the people working in normal conditions ;
b) 14 business days for people to do the hard work, hazardous or dangerous or who work in areas where there are harsh living conditions according to the list published by the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Health or juvenile workers or workers with disabilities;
c) 16 business days for people working in extremely heavy, hazardous or dangerous or who work in where living conditions particularly harsh on the list issued by the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Health.
4. When the annual holiday, if the employee go by means of road, rail, waterway that some day go back and forth on the road 02 days, from day 03 onwards are more time traveling outside day annual leave and are only included for the rest of the year 01 times.
