- Bên A có quyền đình chỉ hợp đồng

- Bên A có quyền đình chỉ hợp đồng ngay khi Bên B vi phạm một trong các lỗi sau đây:

1. Làm giảm uy tín thương mại hoặc làm giảm chất lượng sản phẩm của Bên A bằng bất cứ phương tiện và hành động nào.

2. Bán phá giá so với Bên A quy định.

- Khi bị đình chỉ hợp đồng, Bên B phải thanh toán ngay cho Bên A tất cả nợ còn tồn.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Party A has the right to suspend the contract immediately after the B-Party breach of one of the following errors: 1.
