Viruses or cause pneumonia in children include respiratory syncytial virus (RSV Respiratory syncytial virus-), parainfluenza, influenza, and adenoviruses. In that RSV is the most human or pneumonia, especially in children.
Epidemiology

In developing countries, pneumonia group microorganisms, the virus occupies the top spot, followed by M. pneumoniae and S. pneumoniae bacteria such as, Haemophilus influenzae type b and Staphylococcus aureus. In developing countries such as Vietnam, pneumonia bacteria occupy important positions than viruses.
Pneumonia virus occurred with the highest incidence in the age group 2-3 years, then decrease. Season is most common in winter (cold and wet). Morphology and severity of viral pneumonia vary according to several factors such as age, season, immune status of the host and the factors related to the environment eg in crowded places, cramped.
