Theo đó, Công ty thỏa thuận sẽ mua lại 10% vốn điều lệ của Công ty Cổ phần Tầm Nhìn Xanh tương đương 390.000 cổ phần, giá trị cổ phần 3.900.000.000 VND với giá 5.582.500.000 VND. Đến ngày 30 tháng 06 năm 2016, số vốn đã đầu tư của Công ty vào Công ty Cổ phần Tầm Nhìn Xanh là 2.791.250.000 VND tương đương 195.000 cổ phiếu (chiếm 5% vốn điều lệ của Công ty Cổ phần Tầm Nhìn Xanh).
