1. Trong trường hợp giấy phép của K

1. Trong trường hợp giấy phép của Khách Hàng hết hạn, Khách Hàng phải lập tức hủy bỏ hoặc trả lại Robert số hàng chờ giao bị ảnh hưởng đó và một phần hoặc toàn bộ các giấy tờ liên quan, hoặc cung cấp cho Robert bằng chứng thỏa đáng về việc hủy bỏ đó.
2. Ngoại trừ trường hợp đã được dự tính trước theo mục 3 của hợp đồng này, Nhà Phân Phối không được nhái các sản phẩm này mà không được sự chấp thuận trước của Spidercom.
3. Người được cấp phép trong mọi trường hợp không được soạn thảo, thay đổi lại hoặc bằng cách khác thay đổi hoàn toàn việc điều hành phần mềm.

8. Nếu có tranh chấp xảy ra, hai bên sẽ nộp đơn lên tòa án tại nơi xảy ra tranh chấp để được xét xử.
9. Hai bên sẽ bàn bạc và thỏa thuận thời gian và địa điểm giao nhận hàng ngay sau khi đơn đặt hàng được xác nhận.
10. Khách hàng chịu toàn bộ chi phí phát sinh (nếu có) do thay đổi địa điểm giao nhận hàng.

7. When ordering, party B shall deposit 30% of the value of goods and will pay off the entire amount within two weeks of work later.
8. If a dispute occurs, both parties will apply to the court at the place of the dispute to be heard.
9. The two sides will discuss and agree the time and place of delivery immediately after the order is confirmed.
10. The customer bears all the costs incurred (if any) due to change delivery locations.
